Delete your AMCMitra account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open AMCMitra and sign in.
2. Go to More → About → Delete my account.
3. Confirm with the OTP sent to your phone.

Without the app

If you have uninstalled AMCMitra, send an email to support@amcmitra.fyi from any address with:

• the mobile number you used to sign in
• the words "Delete my account"

We will send an OTP to that mobile number to confirm it is you, then delete the account.

What gets deleted

• Technician, or an owner whose business has another owner: your own account only. The business's records stay with the business, but your name is removed from them.
• The last owner of a business: your account, your business profile, and everything in it: customers, contracts, visits, photos, bills, payments, and your team's accounts.

Everything is deleted within 30 days. Copies in backups are removed within a further 30 days. A small record may be kept longer only where the law requires it.

Before deleting, download any bills you need, since you may need them for your tax records.
